Pizza Factory- Located at Vile Parle West, SV Road

Food- You obviously get Pizza's and pastas here. It is a pure Veg restaurant. They are decent enough and they have a good variety.

We had ordered one Bruchettas. Two 8 inch Pizzas, one Tez Mez and another was Nachos Pizza, however there was hardly any difference in both. One had jalapenos and other had olives. I think Tez Mez had jalapenos. However, we were told that Nachos Pizza will have some nachos cheese and all, but taste wise both were similar. Nachos pizza did cost more. We also ordered one Fresh lime soda which was not available and then in place of that we ordered lemonade, which was sad. please dont have it.

Also one more thing, we asked for water and he got us a bottle of bisleri which we had not ordered and then when we said we do not want bisleri he said they dont have normal water which was pathetic and after few mins he did get us water in a small plastic glass which was even ridiculous. And yes water so warm that you cant drink.

Price- One bruchettas with 2 pcs and 2 8 inch pizza and one lemonde cost us Rs 480. Not very satisfying.

Ambience-

It is a small restaurant having hardly 5-6 tables. It has a decent ambiance, not recommended if you are in huge group.

Service- We did not like the service, because they were serving water and juices in small plastic glasses, roadside juice stalls are better. Also the staff was not completely aware of the basic thing like do they have normal water or know. They first deny that they dont have normal water(in a way tell you to buy mineral water, and when you refuse to buy one, they get normal water, dont know from where)
